Scorpion Handstand!


The Scorpion handstand is definitely a difficult move, in which I've been working on for years. The focus is on bending your back and knees while in a handstand to touch the head with your feet or toes. 

Focus: move your ribs back, shoulder down away from your ears, crown of the head lifts up as the gaze is forward or down (depending on balance and flexibility) and the pelvis tucks under for balance as your knees and feet move towards your head. This is a fantastic stretch for your chest, neck, spine and abs and will strengthen your arms, shoulders, back and abs!
