Your Personal Detox Center

At one time or another, the average adult is likely to hear mention of someone who is doing a “cleanse” or “detox”. Even though people refer to this process differently, they all mean the same thing, yet there are numerous ways to go about such a feat.

There are medical programs, but there are also several natural, simple lifestyle changes you can make that will result in a clean, healthy detox.

To help rid the body of such toxins liver cleanses have become increasingly popular. The liver is the second largest organ in the human body and one of the most important, because it's responsible for filtering harmful toxins out of the bloodstream.

The primary goal of liver cleansing is to reduce the toxic burden, prevent damage to the liver’s cells from toxicity and cleanse the blood optimally. When your liver is not functioning at its best it also adversely affects your digestion system. Toxins, parasites and solid waste take longer to clear and begin to build up in the intestines. Liver cleanses enable the digestion system to better eradicate parasites and expel toxic, fecal matter that may have accumulated and adhered to the intestinal walls.

One way to cleanse the liver is through teas made of special herbs. Let me introduce you to Your Tea and their Liver Cleanse so you can experience a detox unlike anything else! The liver cleanse is a total liver reboot that combines hand picked, herbal teas with a detailed, easy to follow eating plan. The culinary guide isn’t mandatory, but the recipes are delicious, easy to execute and compliment the detox wonderfully. Not all detox teas are created equally. Many use artificial, unproven, and untested herbs and ingredients. This is not the case with Your Tea

The morning and afternoon tea are made using the highest quality herbs like Huang Qin, Yu Jin, Bai Zhu, and Bai Shao that will eliminate toxins and regulate the energy of the liver in a calming manner. Those herbs also help preserve the body fluids, keeping you well hydrated throughout the day. Herbs like Zhi Ke and Mu Dan Pi help assist your digestion system to better eradicate and expel toxic, fecal matter. They’ve tied all these herbs together with Jasmine tea which is high in antioxidants (known as catechins).

The night tea is designed to provide an all-over revitalizing, rejuvenating, blissful-sleep. Licorice root, lavender and rose are all extremely calming ingredients that help rest our tired minds and aid our aching bodies.  Gynostemma pentaphylla is another super herb they incorporated. This herb has the ability to nourish our bodies, keeping us from waking up at that odd hour in the night dying of thirst. As someone who becomes a furnace when they sleep, I was pleasantly surprised to find out lotus plant had been added to the special blend. Lotus plant helps to prevent excessive heat. For me, this made my sleeps calmer, less sweaty and longer!

The probiotic tea is the final stage of the cleanse and is intended to restore and replenish the gut flora. This is an essential step in the cleanse. It contains black tea and Probiotic BC30, and is dairy free. Their Probiotic Tea is also heat stable, meaning the properties of the tea will remain the same despite being immersed in hot water. This was the perfect way closer for this cleanse. It left me feeling refueled, restored, energized and balanced.

The pack also includes a leak proof, aesthetically pleasing glass tea tumbler. Unlike a plastic tumbler, this one features a double wall glass that is good for cold drinks and retaining heat for 2 hours in hot drinks. They’ve included a removable stainless steel strainer that works perfectly with the included tea and incorporated a spill proof lid finished in natural bamboo.

The Your Tea Liver Cleanse is a gentle way to help your liver rid itself from fats, old cholesterol deposits and other toxins while reestablishing hydration and electrolyte balance. I’m beyond thrilled and my body is beyond thankful.
