Artichoke Dip


This crowd-pleasing appetizer is rich and creamy without excess fat and calories. It will be a game day favorite and your guests won't even taste a difference!

Makes 16 (1/4 cup) servings


1/2 cup low-fat cream cheese
1/2 cup nonfat sour cream
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/2 cup grated mozzarella cheese
2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
2 1/2 cups canned artichoke hearts, drained and rinsed


1. Set the oven to 400°
2. In a food processor, combine all ingredients except for the artichoke hearts. Mix well
3. Add the artichokes and pulse until chunky consistency
4. Put the mix into a baking pan and bake for 10 - 15 minutes
